At House of Falcone, each garment is individually designed and crafted for you based on your unique measurements, fabric selections, and personal design preferences. Because of this bespoke process, production and shipping timeframes differ from standard retail.
Production Time
All garments are made-to-order.
Standard production timeframes are:

Suits & Jackets: 4-6 weeks

Shirts: 4–6 weeks

Coats & Outerwear: 4-6 weeks

Specialty pieces: Timeframes advised at consultation
Production timeframes may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and seasonal demand.
You will be notified once your garment has completed production and is ready for dispatch or fitting.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the courier:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a courier investigation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide clear photos of the packaging and garment
We will assess and assist with repair or replacement where appropriate.
In-Store Collection
In-store collection is available for Brisbane clients by appointment.
You will be notified when your garment is ready for fitting or collection.
